Get IP address from LANWAN.

Question

Hi every one If i enter user name then i get ip address from LAN or WANand also check VNC installed or Not if not install then install through administrator and set default password in VNC because all user are in AD groups. please send me code s ample in vb 6.0 or VB.NETC#any code . it's urgent Thanks all guys advance.
