Hi all i want to ask how can i get a text from another program run on windows for example i want to get the email from msn messnger.

It is not easy to get the code immediately unless anyone here already has the existing code. I don't know if you know the spy++ tool provided with Visual Studio. It can get the class name and text from the selected control on the screen. I think what you want is something similar to that. You can use EnumerateWindow/FindWindow/GetWindowText APIs (I cannot recall the exact name of these APIs but you can have a google online) in your program to achieve the goal. Assuming your other program is a console application then Reditecting StandardInput (and StandardOutput possibly) will allow you to generate input to the other program easily. Otherwise you'll need to work with interop calls to SendInput moving the cursor etc to interface with the application that you don't have any other access to.
