get textbox value inside Gridview

when I am getting the value for a texbox in gridview It's displaying &nbsp. Give me the solutions. thank u

In the DataBound event add javascript to the textbox or add validation controls like requiredfield validator controls etc... Here is the snippet. No I havn't given any default value for that text box. I am writing something in that text box after clicking button I am not getting that value.
