Get unknown table names from a database

Question

Is there some way to retreive all the table names from a database (Access or Oracle) without knowning (or specifying) them in advance with C#? Thanks Riaan 13066633@student.nwu.ac.za

You can get all the tables from the Database using the below Query: Select * from sysobjects then differenciate the tables u want.

ys you canif u ve enough rights den u can execute query SELECT * FROM ALL_OBJECTS WHERE OBJECT_TYPE = 'TABLE' or SELECT * FROM ALL_TABLES second query ll give u all tables from all schema and system tables u can segregate on schema as well {if u are using the Oracle}
