HI Manas Change some setting in IIS and try.. follow the below steps step 1: Start -> Run -> inetmgr -> DefaultAppPool -> change ApplicationIdentityPool to Network Service Step 2: (i) Check whether the file( Microsoft.Interop.Excel ) is present in bin( after publish (II) if it not present in that Keep the Microsoft.Interop.Excel file in common directory ex(c:\Windows\system32) (III) Before publishing refer the DLL from above location
