Getting error "Unable to load DLL 'oramts.dll'"

Question

Got below error-

Unable to load DLL 'oramts.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

when try to get data from oracle server in Transactionscope. My oracle server is on other PC.
Need help
