Hi Murali I tried this by creating path rule with security level to Unrestricted. and restarted the server. but im getting same warning again..

The Network policy is not implemented successfully. Try to refresh the group policy by logging off/restarting the system. or readon: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc737011%28WS.10%29.aspx#BKMK_1
