Getting started with IoT.

Hello,

i am working as software engg on MVC 5,angular js,HTML 5,jQuery,SQL Server.

I want to get start with IoT as i am E&Tc engg.i want to utilise electronic knowledge.

so how can i get start with IoT?

Please help me to get start with IoT.
