Getting value of href from anchor tag dynamically

Hi Please help me in this issue.. I have a big tag value that is like.. http://192.168.1.218/idea/combo.aspx?splid=7800  target=_self>WIN IPHONES Recharges and other exciting GIFTS. SMS WF and send it to 56060. HURRY from this tag value i want just that href value that is highlighted of anchor tag...Please get me some way to get this much easier..I want this for my web application.. I tried a lot things..but no succeed.. Please help me.. I will be highly obliged to you.. Thanx in advance...

SMS WF and send it to 56060.
