please tell me about creating new bitmapsa through get or setPixel methods

setPixel sets a pixel at the specified coordinates to the color you provide and getPixel retrieves the color of the specified pixel. There isn't any more to it. How you determine color/coordinates depends on what you want to do; i.e. if you are making a vector graphics application those colors would depend on sets of mathematical formulas that you would code into your program.
