Global temporary table in SQL

Hi Friends I want to know the differenece between Local and a Global temporary table in SQL ?

Consider in session1 a loca temporary table(#SukeshTable) is created Then 1. It wont be accessible for other sessions in sql server 2. It will be removed when session1 closes. For every session there will be unique local temporary table. Consider in session1 a globaltemporary table(##SukeshGTable) is created Then 1.IT will be accessible for all the sessions like session 2session 3...If anyone try to create with same name again they get error. 2.it will be removed when session 1 closes.
