Good ADO.NET, ASP.NET, LINQ , .NET 4.0 books in English or German?

Question

I am looking for good literature about these topics.
Advanced level for ADO.NET, but beginner or advanced level is fine for the other topics.

English or German doesn't matter, I'm fluent in both.
