Good reason for Job Change...Need Help

After my career gap I am working in a Company from 6 months.

Now I want to look for a job for my personal reasons.

what should I tell in the interview why are you looking for change?

how to Convince the hr with good answer.

Hello First of all do not say anything bad about your previous company because it not leaves good impression. Now if you don't want to give actual reason then you can say about your satisfaction level related to your profile including growth of your skills as well as your salary or any other reason which makes you clear in front of employer. You have also option of telling the truth because we all are human beings and can understand other's problem so telling the truth also works positively. Thank you.

It's a common answer For better opportunity in the terms of technical & financial growth both But as per my understanding you should try to be there at least 1 years if working culture is not so bad. Try to learn their system & improve your skills.
