Graphic way to solve the problem

Question

I am working on a Transport Management System
I want to show two places , distance between two place and normal time between these two place in red color and if Extra time in Green
using Charts
Please Help me regarding this with perfect solution with example

Have you thought of using third-party chart controls for this? GoDiagram is a product that does exactly what you are looking for. If you want to do everything yourself you will have to either use GDI+ or WPF. I recommend WPF because graphics drawing process is much simpler in WPF than GDI+.
