Graphic with Saved info

Question

I want to make a graphic with the saved info that I have. Is this possible to do it with the Performance Counter? If it is possible where can i get info of it?

Ok The Info that I have are counters of a serial port of a router. At every save info we have in the file Name of the Router Counter  Date & Time. This will be save in Excel or Database.. What can you tell on this or what can you sugest me to do Thanks
