Grid view inside girid view

i am working on the inventory management system.
I need a control the will be..
Initially there is a grid(Table with heading only) with items and price.
when i click the cell under the items there is drop down that contain a table(grid) with item name, quantity and price.
when i pick some item from the drop down that is bind the original table.
i here upload the sample image.
if there is any control in AJAX?
