GridAnimation using Jquery

Question

Hi,

I want to perform toggle effect for a grid in my page - similar to this FIRST ONE UNDER EXAMPLES http://api.jquery.com/slideToggle/#slideToggle-options.

However I have replicated to my code and not able to achieve this. Can anyone help me sort this out. Attached is the aspx code.
