GridView Check should enable after clicking previous one

Question

Hello all, 

 

I have a grid view of items which is sorted by purchased date where i can select items by checking check box and clicking button to reserve.

 

My objective is to reserve first the old purchase item.

 

So that if i check first checkbox and then only next check box should enable.

 

I have grid view which can check all or i can check prefer date but i need to avoid it.

 

Please help me to achive this.
