Gridview Dynamic Header

Question

Hello Everyone..Please help me on this.. I have a Table Naming Dim_Role

Role      Sort
DH         1
SM         2
TMM       3

I want to bind it in gridview like this output

DH     SM     TMM
1         2       3

the values are now become header dynamically, is it posible??please help me on this i need it so much..T_T
