How I would do it is look in the selectedRows array and simply loop those. I think it goes something like DataGridView1.SelectedRows[i] so.... for(int i=0; i { //copy data - also it is either.size or .length, I don't have my editor near hand to check that. } Well this is how I would go about it, not sure if it is the best way. same buddy, You have now list object in second form, now do anything with it Like take a perticular column and put it in a textbox. Check this is correct answer if it helped..

DataTable dt=(DataTable)grd.Datasource; now loop thorugh datatable and make a list of all required rows, Call it LISTX Now Create Form2 create Property called MyList; in Form 1 Form2 f=new Form2(); f.MyLisy=ListX; f.showDialog(); Check this is correct answer if it helped.
