Haccp Flow diagram in asp.net with c#

Question

Hi all,

 

This  diagram is use for Haccp Plan (Hazard analysis and critical control points(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5iwswEMawI)) 

 

How can i draw a diagram in Visual studio . and also how can i update it during run time .

 

i am using  vs 2010 .(asp.net with c#)

 

please help.
