handle the stock

hellow guys im working on sale purchase system and i want to control the stock of product before sale it will check in stock if product is available then show otherwise not plz tell me how i can handle this plz.... thanx

To only view quantity of product Select Productmaster.quantity from Productmaster where productid ='yourproductid' If you know only product name then Select Productmaster.quantity from Productmaster where product='yourproductname'

In your project there must be three tables purchasesale productmaster (naming can be anything) then keep one id name common for product in all tables. I often keep ProductID field for product. After all database task In pages after your product name selection fire a query for stock quantity check and get output from there.
