i want to create something that for an open program do work of the keyboard . if the program be IE when you hit Tab you will choose addressbar. now i want to do this automatically(from my program). for example : google.com for IE opens the google.com

What is the question? The example you pointed to shows you something of how to intercept key strokes from an application and how to send keys to an open application.
