Help developers with code then offshore their jobs!?

Your site is well done. Its laid out logically and well maintained. The fact that your name comes up second in a "C#" Google search says a lot about your following. However, I notice two conflicting things. 1) Most of your contributors seem to be westerners - I would image primarily from the US. 2) Your home page is flaunting your venture into providing offshore development in India. What's the deal? You help your customers with questions and then assist in moving their jobs off shore?

Hmm .... here is the deal. Not only we want to help developers but we also want to be in the business so we can afford all this which we do for free. To be in the business we have to go with the latest trends and recently compnies has asked us if we provide offshore development. We gave them US rates/hr for consulting. Unfortunately these companies are looking for competitors and who can give them the best rate ($10-15/hr). We can't afford their rates by hiring developers in the US however we have our own office in INDIA as well where we do this site work. To be frank we make just enough money from ads to get the site work done and pay for the hosting. There is nothing about sending jobs to INDIA or any where else. I have seen the trend of jobs coming back to US (DELL did recently) and there is no way you can replace an on-site person with offshore. You JUST CAN'T. So jobs will always be here. ONLY few % or work may go outside but agan its all about survival and we are trying to survive. As soon as economy comes back you will see no work is going offshore. Companies like to control their code and development. They also want quality which is hard to get through offshore.
