Help on creating help files.

Is there any easy way to create help files? You know those help files that pops up whenever the user press on the help button.

I use the HTML Help Creator to make my help files. What it does is take a bunch of HTML pages and compiles them into a single .chm file (I think thats the extension). Within the project you can set it up to accept arguments so that when the help file is called a special way it will automatically go to the desired portion.
