Help!!! Reading .txt

Question

Hi can someone pls help me im trying to read a .txt file that look like this accno:123,name:ere,phone:1212 etc accno:124,name:sss,phone:1222 etc and to change it to look like this accno name phone 123 ere 1212 124 sss 1222
