Help regarding ASP.NET project

Hi...
I am doing a project using asp.net and sql database as following description.
In a particular department the persons at higher position only can view,delete,access the details. others can login but cannot alter it. This is the purpose of analyzing flow of data with RFID data processing.
how can implement this ?

For your purpose you can use asp.net membership and role provider concept. For ex you have one Admin user and another is user for both login is there with full access to admin and partial access to user you can implement it using roles in asp.net.
