Help Wanted

Question

Okay I'm putting out the Help Wanted sign. We are looking for a .Net (C#) programmer with a great deal of experience with Object Oriented programming and developer distributed applications using Web Services. We are currently in the design phase of a fairly large project which will incorporate data from 3rd part applications along with user input and submit that data to our SAP ERP system. A working knowledge of SAP is not required. Experience in .Net development is a must. It has not yet been decided whether this position will be a direct-hire or if it will be a 6-month contract. I feel your pain brother... I had plenty of rejection when I was looking for the job I have now... It took me 4 months just to get my first interview... Anyway please do update and send that resume... it may be worth your while...

I'm probably too inexperienced. Even though I worked my way through college people usually see that I graduated in 2001 and just assume I don't have 5 years experience (and consequently don't know what I'm doing). That's part of the reason why I want to get MCAD. If I hadn't studied .NET I probably wouldn't be employed today. (I was hired here through a headhunter to work here just under a year ago.) I have confidence in my abilities but what I went through after my last company went out of business was unreal. A person can only withstand so much rejection. hehe...well I moved here to Wausau WI from Milwaukee this past spring and I'm still convinced this is perfect-town USA. We have everything no crime low unemployment awesome scenery the biggest ski resort in the midwest... the list goes on and on... Hmm..I'm thinking I should apply for Wausau Tourism Director :)
