hi this is the way from aspx script language =javascript src =ScriptFiles/XYZ.js> script > SRC : represents the destination of the file where my file is located i separate file called Script files likely ur vsh... the below one form the cs ScriptManager . RegisterStartupScript ( this  this . GetType () ScriptReg   ScriptFiles' /XYZ.js'>   false ); u can even generate from xml file also depending on ur requirement
