Dear when i am applying any good company then my resume not shortlisted due to my qualificationeven be i cleared all the round of interview but i am not selected. So i request give your valuable suggestion as your experienceis it right path for me for my carrier growth.

Suma marks are your first impression on a company. Every one is selfish including companies You and I. We all look for something that is beneficial to us. I am sure if you have 2 companies to choose from you will look for which company is better. As Javed said keep working hard and keep trying. One day you will find the right company. Everyone does. It's just matter of time.

Its sad but companies filter based on marks scored and qualification.

I agree that education qualification matters in the selection process but as you said you have cleared multiple round of interviews then i am not sure if education was the criteria cause if that was the case they will not even qualify you for taking the interview ( I am assuming this). I would suggest that be strong in your concepts and skills I am not sure what your current qualification is but if you feel that is coming in your way to getting a job then you can join any part-time higher education course  other way i would suggest is to get certification in your skill so that you can showcase your strong points. All the best!
