Hide HTML tags from string

Question

Hello I want to hide HTML tags from string which is stored in Database(sql server) and i am displaying it in textbox control. But it shows HTML tags. I want Text without HTML tags. Please reply asap. Thanks.

hi you may use following css tag with in style tag of element. overflow-y: hidden; overflow-x: hidden; it might not work for you. please share some snap how it look like.

Hello jignesh Thanks for reply. But i have tried freetextbox it solves my HTML tags problem but display vertical scroll bar. So Is there any way or property to remove/hide vertical scroll bar.

hi it is possible with replacing HTML tag with blank space. it is very difficult to remove all html tags. intead of duing this you may use FCK editor. in FCK you may see only formatted text not html tag. http://sourceforge.net/projects/fckeditor/ http://www.freetextbox.com/ hope this will help you.
