i want to host sqlserver database online and make desktop application that access this data and make ? where i can start ? any help or any tutorial

You can make it two ways. 1. On-Premise 2. Cloud server 1. On-premise: You can host your Database in your own server and it can be accessed through internet. But it must have public IP address. 2. Cloud server: You can host your Database in in Cloud means third party tool but it is not free of cost.
