How C# Corner MVP or Microsoft MVP helpful when we are changing /switching to new company or new jobCan anyone help me out to clarify my doubts Thanks & Regards Khaja Moizuddin.

Agreed with other guys. An MVP award may or may not help you in getting a job. It adds credibility to your profile. It gives you exposure. Some companies/managers understand value of community and some don't. It is good for you personally for long run you get so much out of it. I am finishing up an article How You should take advantage of a community. The article should be published sometime next week.

MVP from either C# Corner or Microsoft or any other organization is always considered a plus. Of course MVP from Microsoft is valued higher than MVP awarded from C# corner. Many organizations want to know your contribution to techical community while hiring a candidate. If you are a MVP it helps you prove that you are actively contributing to technical community. It definately helps to distinguish yourself from others. But to be realistic dont assume you will get some % increment in your salary or you will be offered more than average salary or your interview will be a cake walk only because you are MVP. Some organizaions will still follow regourous interview process or will at all ignore your MVP award.

For your Next Employeer the things which are focused on you when you are a MVPs These are what I felt may or may not be true. 1) Your are very eager to learn and contribute. 2) You are doing your job with a passion 3) Hardworker apart from a job work you are preparing yourself. 4) Self Learner and ready to teach or contribute knowledge 5) Ready for new technology 6) Can have more networks. 7) Sounds Good in Technical The Term itself says Most Valuable Professional.
