How can be our db is light and fast

Dear Team I want to know how i can sql server 2005 light and fast .my db size 370GB. how can we manage load balance in Sql server 2005.

It slightly complicated. Please use the attached script and follow instruction. Basically there is one COMMENTED piece of sql which you should execute in a separate query window. The output of that query execution must be pasted in the area mentioned and then the whole script should be executed. Please make sure you use appropriate database. Script is quite safe it is not altering / creating / deleting absolutely any object

Is the size you have mentioned of .mdf and .ndf files only and does not include .ldf files? Please clarify. Do you have a statistics of how much space each table is consuming in db? Without that it would be difficult to tackle the problem. Are you sure there is absolutely no temp / junk / useless data in your db?
