How can i convert from 24 hour datetime to 12 hour datetime

Question

i have seen alot of answers where they have used tostring to make this conversion.

but what i want is after the coversion it still remains in the datetime format

and not string

dd-MMM-yyyy HH:mm:ss tt

HH for 24 hours

dd-MMM-yyyy hh:mm:ss tt

hh for 12 hours
