Create or Call? u can create it with StreamWriter class. but to call it; Find jsc.exe in your HDD and then copy it to your location. by using Process class ---> Process.Start(''filename as string''''arguments'') u can call any js file u want to... heres a sample code; Process.Start(C:/jsc.exe C:/HellloWorld.js) thats it...
