Hello I have a question I don't have Mac Book so is it possible to do iOS programming in windows? If yes please explain how can I do that?

There is no such way to do iOS programming in windows . You can try with virtualization . but that won't sufficient to develope an iOS app . As swift became open source you try swift CLI in linux machine and also IBM has an online Swift sandbox for learning you can learn through those two . https://swift.sandbox.bluemix.net/#/repl
