How can I Extract Attachments from PDF with C#

I need the attachment files in my PDF document. But I do not know how to extract them with C#. Can any body help me? My OS is Windows XP and I use a PDF creation component Spire.PDF.

Please make me understand. Do you have attachments inside PDF file or the attachments are in your email or any other sources ?
