How can i generate weekly and monthly attendance report?

Hi everyone Pls how can I generate weekly and monthly attendance report to show the total number of presents and absents for each student that I have in a database table?

Thanks but I need it programmatically to show in gridview or database table. I know how to export to excel but that's not what I need at the moment.

You can use crystal report or you can create gridview and export data in excel or PDF.
