How can i get a Web Host for my ASP.NET application

Question

Hi I'm just about to finish a web application that i developed in ASP.NET. Can anyone help/explain to me how can i make my application run on the server(how to turn my application into a website). How do i get things like domain namedo i need filezillato name a few. I'd also appreciate if u could give me any helpful links. I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank all the c-sharpcorner memembers for replying to my question and helping me i wouldn't have finished it if it weren't for u. You can do it all from my site SimpleSamples.Biz  but you can find better deals elsewhere. My site is a reseller of GoDaddy.com services. Be sure to get a hosting service for a Windows (IIS) server. Usually Linux (Apache) servers cost less but they don't run IIS. As far as I know you can use Visual Studio to upload your web site. One thing that might be confusing is that in Visual Studio you probably will load the web site to an existing web site even if it is the first time. That caused some confusion for me.

You need to get a domain name with a company like 1and1 DirectNic or GoDaddy. You usually pay annually for this service. You also need a hosting (ASP.NET) account. This can be with these same companies as well. You usually pay monthly for this service. After that they will give you information about logging to your account and upload/deploy your application on IIS. Each company has their own way (tools/control panel) for deployment etc. Good luck!

Yes Mahesh; I was quite hasty in color selection. The simplesamples.biz site is not much more than a link to the site that is provided by GoDaddy.com but if people can't read the page then they can't find the important part. The important page for purchasing domain names and hosting services from me is Search Register and Transfer Web Domain Names and More . I suppose I should say that if anyone uses that to obtain services then I will try to help and that might make it a better deal than many other similar deals that cost less. There are other services that sponsor this web site especially DiscountASP.NET whose advertisement is currently showing at the top right of this page.

Sam I think you should change your website background to white and foreground dark. Right now it is not easy on eyes and I find it hard to read :)
