hi i saw this tutorial https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/a52dhwx7(v=vs.80).aspx Using SqlDependency in a Windows Application but i can cache only change type no row change in db like (insert) i need get insert row by service broker & sqltabledependency. thanks

Can you explain more details. I assume you wants Unique no of Rows if am right you must be follow code. INSERT INTO table ( name ) VALUES ( 'bob' ); SELECT SCOPE_IDENTITY() Return the Unique Key..
