How can I get the kind of the application?

Question

Hi!!! I have a list of all active applications in my system using GetWindow() from the API. I can get their handles the tittle af the applications etc but I want to know the kind of application it is. I mean.. if this window is open I'd get the tittle that is  C# Corner Forums - Microsoft Internet Explorer. Do you know if I could get only the application that is Microsoft Internet Explorer? I know in this case it seems obvious 'cos I could take it from the tittle but with other applications is much difficult. Thanks;)

### Big edit --- Must be Using System.Diagnostics by the way...that will tend to give back some blank names...any process without an active window obviously doesnt have a title...so you can filter those in the way that you see fit...and ther are many other properties than just MainWindowTitle play around with it...you should get all you need from it...

Did a little research for ya you sparked my imagination so I looked it up. U dont wanna use GetWindow its possible but its alot of extra code... I could try to explain the details but i suck at that...so heres the code...
