Hi In aspx of page create a lable  onclick event of that label just call __doPostBack(); method with event target it works similar to the OnClick Event asp : Label ID =Label1 runat =server Text =This is a Test Label  onclick =__doPostBack('ClickEvent' ) /> // in page load Event of ASPX.CS if (Request[__EVENTTARGET] == ClickEvent) { Label_Onclick(); } private void Label_Onclick( ){ // write the code to be executed in OnClick Event .. }

See lable caontrol dosent have the autopostback property it will not execute any code in it's click event. See for some javascript may be find some solution
