How can i highlight an image when mouse over an image in c#?

I want to highlight an image when mouse goes there on image in windows application c#. The backcolor of image should change. Give a solution.

Shankar You can do this directly using the default .NET classes such as System.Drawing.Image System.Drawing.Graphics etc. Please find the attached C# (VS 2010) project that shows how you can load an image and highlight it on the pictureBox1_MouseHover event. And reset it on the pictureBox1_MouseLeave event. Note that the default .NET classes don't support all images formats (such as lossless JPEG indexed or palletized images some types of TIFF PDF etc.). If you want to support such images formats you might need to use a programming toolkit like leadtools. You can use it just to load the image and use the same.NET code to highlight the loaded image.
