How can i make custom toolbar in Mvc

Question

Hi  I want to create custom toolbar which has controls like textbox imagedropdown radio buttons and many controls in mvc and jquery. I want to use this custom toolbar as a Question Builder. After toolbar  i want to drag and drop any control from this toolbar for create question. I dont have any idea how could i done this. Can you Please help  if you can..

Software development tool is to use right tool for right job! This is the thumb rule. To me your requirement sound more like putting various controls. Am I korrect? If yes then look for Web Forms rather MVC. You can disagree with my suggestion.
