How can i switch frm windows application to web application?

...!!!! NEED HELP !!!.... Hello guy's  i working in small company as .net developer from last 1 year 6 months and career growth is very limited even salary is not good. we do work on windows forms as application but now i want to move my career from windows to web application (ASP.NETSQL SERVER 2008 like technology). Even i also knowledge on asp.netjavascriptsql serverlinq what should i do ? Thank you in Advance

Its always better if you get your hand on code and do it maually...it saves lot of time...because even if you use automatic tool (if any I dont know one) you might end up with lot of errors...because in windows applications you might be doing lot of coding which interacts with OS components...
