How can i use income tax secured web services in aspnet app

I am trying to use income tax secured web services in asp.net web application . The secured web services is developed using OASIS Standards. Please help. Please check screenshot. Download Screenshot You can download secured web services using following link. Income Tax Secured Web Services

@Jaykrishan R. : No i didn't get any solution  but we can access the incometax website using web client and submit return or check tds using individusal registration with the help of htmlutility package.

No  I didn't find any solution. If you have any solution  please let me know. I think this service will be used with java applet.

Brother  I am talking about secured web services not secured database. Please check attachment . i have attached the screenshots and secured web services.

Hello First thing is to say that screen shot is not available. Second is Secure your database from Income Tax. They will check your data not services. So try to make your database structure as secure as they didn't get any unwanted data.
