my question is that, how can we call a method through the property in console application ? like

this.anyproperty.anymethod();

is there any example code of program send me

You could do it like this: using System; class Test { private MyClass mc; public MyClass anyproperty { get { return mc; } set { mc = value; } } static void Main() { Test t = new Test(); t.anyproperty = new MyClass(); t.anyproperty.anymethod(); Console.ReadKey(); } } class MyClass { public void anymethod() { Console.WriteLine(anymethod called); } }

HI as per my knowledge we can call methods by using getter and setter properties public String FileName { get { return fileName ; } set { fileName = value ; parseXmlFile (); //function name } }
