How can we remember session values in restful webapi in C#

Question

How can we remember session values in restful webapi in C#.net if we set session values in an api . and retrieve session value in next hit api (means another api with in same application) then sesssion has lost values means null value found.

REST is not meant to remember any state it is designed to be stateless so all request to a REST web API must provide sufficient information for the request to be successfully processed.
