How can we show my entry records on top on daily basis ?

Question

I have 2 question.

1-How can we show my entry records on top on daily basis ?
2- I have Saved Images in Folder and Its names and Paths in database.But When I retrive image from folder on <asp:image> on other page .Image not show.
How can I do this?
I m on a online shopping projets.

Thank you sir.. i used Append keyword for updating values in the same file..
